Nereah Felix

Nereah works with individuals 18 and over who are enduring the symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, addiction, self-esteem related concerns and interpersonal difficulties.

She creates a warm and inviting space that makes room for your more vulnerable self to be at ease. She is respectful and open-minded as she makes room for discussion of your authentic identity. Whether it’s race, religion, culture, identity, health concerns, or neurological difficulties, she remains curious, respectful and makes space for you as a human being. In her sessions, she provides you with the autonomy to guide sessions in a way that is comfortable and safe for you.

Nereah primarily draws from evidence-based treatments, including:  Psychodynamic Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Existential Therapy and more. She also considers herself to be trauma-informed and incorporates that into her work with clients. In addition, she utilizes a social justice lens to guide her work as she keeps in mind society at large and institutions that may disempower or silence your experiences.

She hopes to be a warm and reliable support on your journey to self-exploration, resiliency, and internal freedom.
